This site cam be informative but certainly most hotels, apartments, and other structures that have bedbugs are not on this list. Bed bug regristery is more of a starting point. Also, ask landlords if their apartments are experiencing any bed bug problems, and check other review sites before renting.
So, when you travel, my advice is to take a few minutes to look for evidence of bedbugs in your hotel room. Actually, you should look for their droppings, which look like rusty stains or kind or something similar to pepper. Look around the baseboard, lift up the sheets, check the mattress seems. And last but not least do not leave your luggage on the floor, keep it elevated and away from walls.
The most effective way to find bedbugs is by using a a highly trained canine bed bug detection team. So, if you suspect you may have brought bedbugs home, call us before the infestation gets out of control!
